Could you please tell me if all the sentneces are correct?
Is there any different meaning between them?
1.It’s dangerous that people drive their cars and talk on the phone simultaneously
2.It’s dangerous that people drive their cars and talk on the phone at the same time.
3.It's dangerous people talk on the phone and meanwhile drive their cars.
4.It's dangerous people talk on the phone while driving.
Can I put 'meanwhile' at the end of a sentnece? For example:
He watched TV and I wrote a letter meanwhile.

"While" sounds the best. "at the same time" is OK, but not the other choices.
