Grammar

at the same time

Hi,
Could you please tell me if all the sentneces are correct?
Is there any different meaning between them?

1.It’s dangerous that people drive their cars and talk on the phone simultaneously

2.It’s dangerous that people drive their cars and talk on the phone at the same time.

3.It's dangerous people talk on the phone and meanwhile drive their cars.

4.It's dangerous people talk on the phone while driving.

Can I put 'meanwhile' at the end of a sentnece? For example:
He watched TV and I wrote a letter meanwhile.

Thanks.

Is there any subtle difference in meaning between 'while', 'at the same time' and 'simultaneously' here?

To Alphecca:

Why not use Subordinate Clause in those ones? Is it incorrect? Or sounds unnatural?

Hi, could anyone please reply to my above question?

"While" sounds the best. "at the same time" is OK, but not the other choices.

Hi

Punctuation holds the key to the answer:

Mary goes to college; at the same time, she works as a waitress at a restaurant near her school.

Mary goes to college. At the same time, she works as a waitress at a restaurant near her school.

"simultaneously" does not work since it is an adj and not a conjunctive adverb.

Mary goes to college; meanwhile,
