The cost associated with this measures should be shared by South Korea and China at the ratio of three to seven, considering several conditions.

Does this make sense? Especially the purple colored part. I mean China and South Korea should share the cost at the ratio of 3:7.

Thank you for your correction, Yankee.

As for the red part, I want to tell that 'I considered several conditions(which will be stated in the next part) and concluded that SK and China should share the costs at a ratio of 3 to 7'

Should I correc it?

Hi,

As noted by other people, you need to state your meaning in some other way.

The costs associated with these measures should be shared by South Korea and China in the ratio of three to seven in several aspects.

Then, what about 'in several aspects' instead?

Hi,

The costs associated with these measures should be shared by South Korea and China in the ratio of three to seven in several aspects.

Then, what about 'in several aspects' instead?

I still don't understand your meaning. Do these aspects have an effect on the sharing, or on the ratio? Perha

These aspects have an effect on the ratio of the costs involved in the measure for yellow dust form China to Korea.

For example, by the 'Polluter Pays Principle', China should bear more costs than Korea because the yellow dust is blown from China.

And 'Polluter Pays Principle' is one of the aspects to be considered.

Thank you for you help, Clive.

Hi,

Perhaps you could say

The costs associated with these measures should be shared by South Korea and China in the ratio of three to seven, for several reasons.

The polluter pays sounds like a reason or principle, rather than an aspect.

Best wishes, Clive
