(at) the moment/second/minute/time (that)

Greetings. Correct me please where I'm not right.

without "at":
(1a) Nick decided to go to the doctor the moment (that) he felt a pain. – correct because "the moment (that)" = "as soon as"
(2a) Nick decided to go to the doctor the second (that) he felt a pain. – correct because "the second (that)" = "as soon as"
(3a) Nick decided to go to the doctor the minute (that) he felt a pain. – correct because "the minute (that)" = "as soon as"
(4a) Nick decided to go to the doctor the time (that) he felt a pain. – incorrect because "the time (that)" ? "as soon as" and we necessarily need a preposition before "the time"

with "at":
(1b) Nick decided to go to the doctor at the moment (that) he felt a pain. – correct because "at the moment (that)" = "when"
(2b) Nick decided to go to the doctor at the second (that) he felt a pain. – probably incorrect
(3b) Nick decided to go to the doctor at the minute (that) he felt a pain. – probably incorrect
(4b) Nick decided to go to the doctor at the time (that) he felt a pain. – correct because "at the time (that)" = "when"
