At the moment

Sue ---- a job at the moment.

A) looks
B) is looking

I know "at the momnet" is used with the present continuous, but cab it be used with the present simple as in A too?

Not much. Such verbs are not commonly used in progressive aspect, so the second normally serves the purpose of the first.
