I can I say we only run the airport shuttle at the interval of 30 minutes. If it's not applicable here in this sentence,
Does "-at the interval of 30 mintites" make sense in other sentences?

"On the half hour" means at any time ending in :30. The interval between shuttles is an hour.

"At intervals of 30 minutes" means twice an hour equally spaced, but you don't say which times. It could be at a quarter past the hour and at a quarter to the hour. Or it could be on the hour and at half past the hour.
