At the first touch

I was reading a review of a smartphone when I read this following statement :

I knew it was love at the first touch...

I understand what the reviewer was trying to say but I was wondering if it shouldn't have been

"I knew it was love at first touch"...?

Please clarify this for me thanx ^.^

Do you mean, then, that 'love at the first touch' is still grammatical?

Then are we supposed to say 'love at the first sight' too?

I am so confused about the omissions of articles, especially in this case...
