at OR on here?

Hello

Should I choose at OR on here?

- They are very good (at/on) football.

I know that we should choose "at" after good, right?

Thanks

I found this sentence from a grammar book:

- Brazilians are very good on football.

It used "on" instead.

Why?

I would suggest that that sentence has a mistake.

You are weak in/at English.

You are strong in/at English.

You are poor in/at English.

You are hopeless in/at English.

Which preposition is correct in each case? Thanks.
