at is more idiomatic. I don't think there are many people who would choose of in that context.

I am a freshman at the University of California.
Louis is a junior at the Curtis School of Music.
Vince is a professor at Illinois State University.

She is in a highschool- implies that she is physically in it, but not studying in it

She is in high school - implies she is still attending high school.

These expressions are highly arbitrary, not often completely logical, and they may have to be memorized. in is used mostly with generic names of educational settings, at is used with specific institutions. It isn't usually in a, by the way -- no a.
