At or In?

I would like to know the correct usage of Prepositions in following example:

Which one is correct?

I am in New Jersey at ABC company.

OR

I am in ABC company in New Jersey.

OR

I am at New Jersey in ABC company.

I guess third one doesn't suit here. Emotion: smile

Please help me out!!

A location such as a city or state is most often stated with the word "in". (We live in Texas, but right now I am in New Jersey.)
