At or in?

Is it correct to say "I'd like to meet you in your office" or "I'd like to meet you at your office"?

IMO, in the office means inside the office, whereas at the office doesn't specify whether the person is in or outside the office.

I would write at the office.

Of course in the office is correct.

For me 'at' specifies a place or rather a spot. The place where I work is a place/spot.

I met him at London is not very accurate as London is big geographical area.
It should be I met him in London.
