Hello, I have a question.

Do you think this is a natural expression?

"Submit the report at LEAST 3 days before the deadline."

I understand what you say, and still want to know which is better "at least" or "at latest".

As I said, neither makes sense here, but the two phrases are 'at least' and 'at the latest'.

Whenever this type of notice is posted or mailed to you, a "deadline" is a fixed day. It's the responsibility of the reciepients to make certain that "date" is followed. It won't have such instruction as "at least 3 days". Sometimes, langauge like, "post marked
