At its most spectacular

Hi

Could you please tell me if these are fixed phrases or any adjective can be used like this? Are these sentences fully natural?

  1. The view was at its most spectacular.
  2. The storm was at its most ferocious.
  3. Tobby was at his most annoying.
  4. The weather was at its most wonderful.

Thanks,

Tom

Interesting. Number four sounds odd. I think you need a more specific adjective than "wonderful" for "to be at its most adjective ".
