AT HAND, ON HAND AND IN HAND?

You want to start up a new business, so do you have some money
1) on hand?
2) in hand?
3) at hand?

which one is correct? what are the differences between them?

I'd say that in AmE "on hand" is the most common and "in hand" the least, but I wouldn't have any major problems with any of the three.

I agree.
Once you start up the business, "cash on hand" is idiomatic, but before that, anything goes.
