"at Facebook" vs "on Facebook"

I am increasingly hearing "at", but the rule is that when what follows is name, you use "on", and if it is an address, use "at"

Is "at FB" wrong?

"at Facebook" sounds like it's someone's workplace.

OK, thank you. And how about "on wikipedia" vs "in wikipedia"?

My guess is that in is like in some resource, say, encyclopedia and "on" indicates the website.

I have the same doubt as to whether both are correct. Are they?

"On" is the norm. Wikipedia is a website (the name should be capitalized), although there's a case to be made for it being an online encyclopedia.
