At chemical trade show

Hi,

I know that if a client calls you, you should say: Hello, this is XXX, May I help you; and when you go to the public places like shop, the clerk will say to you: Hi, can I help you? But, what should I say to the people coming up to your booth at a chemical trade show? Is this the same pattern as on the phone or at the public places I just mentioned above? Or there are some other particular patterns. (which make you seem more professional and show your sincerity). Please kindly advise.

Better more than one! Thanks!

Hi Clive,

Thanks for your answer, our purpose is to collect customers information by asking for people's name cards, and also, to talk business or projects if both sides (customer and us) have sincerity to cooperate.

Since this might be the first time I go to the InformEx chemical trade show, so please kindly tell me more.

Thank, again!

Hi,

What I suggested in my last post seems fine to me.
