at? by? or about?

Hello everyone,

I need your help. What I've been wondering for a long time is what the differences are between the following sentences.

*"I am shocked" and "I got shocked"
**"I am shocked at the fact", "I am shocked about the fact" and "I am shocked by the fact"

Thanks!
