At any rate?

Please teach me the words containing the same meaning with 'at any rate'

eg) But at any rate, it looks like an amassing storehouses.

Is "anyway" okay there? Could you tell me other words the same as "at any rate"?

Thank you for your teaching.

I'm not sure what you are trying to say. Perhaps: But at any rate / anyway / anyhow, it looks like an amazing storehouse . (Not: storehouses ) CB
