Ex.
Peter can write English at A native level.
vs.
Peter can write English at THE native level.
John can write essays at A university level.
John can write essays at THE university level.
Sarah can write and speak English natively.
Victor can write and speak native English.Q1. Is it A or THE for academic writing?
Q2. Is it academically acceptable to write "speak English natively" or "speak native English"?

And if the person is actually a native speaker, you would opt to just say "English is Peter's native languge"? or "Peter is a native English speaker?"
If you were to choose though, I am assuming you would opt for "a" over "the", agreeing with Mr.Micawber?
