Normally we use "on the fixed date" but I have also found " at the fixed date". Is it anorher possibility to expres it or a mistake?

Natalia09 Is it ano t her possibility Yes. I would say that 'at the fixed date' is a lesser used alternate to the more usual 'on the fixed date'. I would not call it a mistake to use 'at', but I would not use it myself.
