At a dentist's office/clinic

Jenny is at a dentist's office, and Dr. Riley has just finished examing her teeth.

Hi,

I ran across the above in an article entitled "At the Dentist's." Is it the same to say "at a dentist's clinic" instead of "at a dentist's office?" Thanks.
