At 2 in the morning, which one should I use?

Suppose it's at 1 A.M, I was awake all night long then I meet someone. Should I use good morning or good evening as the greeting?

Hi,
Technically, you should say good morning at 1 a.m., but since it occurred before dawn, some might
just say hello or hi—including me.

Regards
