At

Hello everyone,

Must the preposition "at" be omitted in the following sentence?or is it optional?

- I will be flying to Norway (at) this time next year.

If it is optional, why do we have some rules showing that the prepositions "at,in and" are not placed before the words "last, this, next and every"?

Kind regards
