As I enjoy in my mansion, some poor people out there would die in the cold.

Is it okay to use 'as/would' to show contrast?

"As I enjoy ... would die ..." seems mismatched.

"enjoy" cannot be intransitive, so that also needs fixing. You could say:

As I enjoy myself in my mansion, some poor people out there are / may be dying in the cold.
