Are these sentences grammatically correct? Do they sound natural to you?

1) AstraZeneca suspended its trials for the Coronavirus vaccine because one of the trial's volunteers fell ill with an unexplained illness, even so we're hoping against hope/cling to the hope that it will become successful.

2) AstraZeneca suspended its trials for the Coronavirus vaccine because one of the trial's volunteers fell ill with an unexplained illness, even so we're living in the hope of its being successful.

3) Even after having suspended its trials for the Coronavirus vaccine, because one of the trial's volunteers fell ill with an unexplained illness, we are still living in the hope of AstraZeneca's being successful.
