Assistance with Letter to Accounts (No longer wish tio use them)

00 Can I have some assistance/advice, with regards to writing a letter to my accounts, advising them in a polite but professional manner, that I no longer wish to use there services, but highlighting the fact that they need to complete my yearend accounts which I have paid for, also to cooperate with the new accountants I will be assigning as follow:- 02 br

01 b 00 I am writing to inform you, that as of today I no longer wish to purse your services as my accountant. 02 b 02 br

01 b 00 Therefore I trust that you will cooperate fully, with the request from my newly appointed accountants, with regards to obtaining the relevant documents and information from yourselves. 02 b 02 br

01 b 00 Finally with regards to my yearend accounts, 31 December 2006 I’d be grateful if you would complete these ASAP, I will be forwarding the relevant spreadsheets, and copies of my Banks statements, which I believe you will require to complete these accounts. 02 b 02 br
