I have to make a part of my time to review what I have studied before.

I have to assign a part of my time for reviewing what I have studied before.

The first is not correct. The second is correct, but not very natural. Try this:

I have to take (some) time to revi

make time is an idiomatic expression meaning 'rearrange your busy schedule to include another activity' .

eg I have to make time to review what I have studied already.


I wonder if this is what you mean.
