Assessment Report

Please help me correct the following assessment report. Thank you very much.

May has been recommended to act up this post since 09.2016 and she has vast experience and knowledge in recreation facilities management, having worked for different posts of this department for 10 years. Thanks to her systematic management in different aspects, particularly the wise supervision on 80 staff, the sports centre has been smoothly operated.

May attentively manages different types of contractor to ensure their provision of quality services to our centre. She discusses with the supervisor of the respective contractor every day and issues work order to them with clear requirements and timeframel. During the proceeding of the works, May closely monitors their performance and quality delivered and provides productive advice to.them for improvement. In case of observing continuous poor performance and serious discrepancies, May will not hesitate to issue warning to the contractor and even escalate the action until our satisfaction is met. Courtesy of her pragmatic approach, the horticultural maintenance, sports facilities management and the cleansing condition of the centre have been kept at high standard and earn the praise from the users.

Attentive to details and farsighted as she has been, May skillfully rearranges the bookings for the dancing rooms prior to the large scale renovation work on the rooms to facilitate the work commencement and avoid causing any disturbances to the users. Likewise, she prematurely orders the ground workers and the service suppliers to carry out necessary anti-mosquito measures and tree pruning works before the mosquito-breeding and typhoon seasons, which greatly help upholding the cleanliness and safety of the centre.

2016 That doesn't make sense for several reasons. 1- "Act up" means to cause trouble ; I don't think that's what you intended! 2- You're saying that May was recommended (but not accepted) for that job!
