Assessment on paragraph
Can someone help me out with assessing the following paragraph and make any necessary correction. I need to present it in a work and I am not completely sure about it.
Bangladesh started this adaptation plan since 2005 following the political structure shown below. They have a clear view of what they need, how they are going to achieve it and who is responsible of making it possible. The remaining question is if they will have the financial resources to do it, and it is therefore essential not only to continue improving their economy but also to accelerate this process through international cooperation. It is estimated that the total cost of the Programme for the first 5 years can be approximately $ 5 billion dollars. It is interesting to compare this amount to the designated budget of Bangladesh´s military forces which ascend to $ 1 billion dollars.
