Can I ask what your recommandation is based on? Did you read good reviews, did you hear good things about it, or do you just think that the subject deserves attention regradless of what you know about the quality of a specific publication?
I just think it deserves attention. Scholarly works seldom receive 'reviews'. Cambridge UP is a respected academic press. I will get a copy myself. Here is a precis:
