Hello,

I have finally managed to get a copy of Palmer's The English verb, and I'm avidly studying it.
Browsing for titles in the same category, I stumbled upon one that intrigued me:

Aspect: An introduction to the study of verbal aspect and related problems by B. Comrie

Have you guys read it? Would you recommend it?

Can I ask what your recommandation is based on? Did you read good reviews, did you hear good things about it, or do you just think that the subject deserves attention regradless of what you know about the quality of a specific publication?

I just think it deserves attention. Scholarly works seldom receive 'reviews'. Cambridge UP is a respected academic press. I will get a copy myself. Here is a precis:
