Is it correct to send a message to someone that you think they are asleep already like this:

You seem asleep. Or I think you are sleeping/ asleep already.

Thank you. I wanted to send this message because that person has been waiting for a message from be but it is very late now, so i want to day I think you are asleep already o I think you slept already. Does that make sense? Are my sentences correct? If not, please advise?
