Asking whether a offer is still there

Could someone please tell me whether the following questions are grammatically correct?

1. Is the offer where you get two pizza's for the price of one still there?
2. Is the offer where you get two pizza's for the price of one still on?
3. Is the offer on getting two pizza's for the price of one still there ?

I wouldn't say so. Where, there, and on don't sound like good fits here. Also, pizzas needs no apostrophe.
