Asking Users to choose categories

Hi All,

We are developing software that displays a list of options for users to select. I am unable to frame a simple way of asking users

Example:
Select the categories where you are seeking advice on

Cancer

Neuroscience

Chiropractic

Endoscopy

Heart Disease

I am 100% sure that the following string "Select the categories where you are seeking advice on" can be much crisp and better phrased, any help please?

Regards

Pat
