Asking things starting with i want to know what

Hi, i want to make a sentence asking what phone did someone else used to call me,but starting with "i want to know what"

Im basing the sentences like "i want to know what love is" instead of "i want to know what is love"

So will it be :
- i want to know what phone did you use to call me
- i want to know what was the phone that you used to call me
- i want to know what phone that you used to call me

Which one of these sentences are correct? And while you're at it, can you make a sentence which resembles that one so i can perfectly understand? Thanks in advance
