Asking questions with modal verbs(past infinitive)

Hello.

Can you tell me if these questions are correct?

1) Why shouldn't I have said this?

2)Must I have done everything by myself?

3)Why would he have done that?

4)Why couldn't he have been there?

5)Why needn't you have left your backpack?

They are all OK, as long as you say them in a context where they make sense. Only #2 sounds a bit tricky. Clive
