Asking questions about item arrival.

I would like ask my teacher when is camping equipment (such as bag, tent, etc..) arrive at school should I ask:

When is the camping supplies arrive?

or

When does the camping supplies arrive?

Any good ideas?

What about when you asking your classmates? I would like to ask it the informal way, too.
