Letter Writing

Asking for Sponsorship from companies*

I'm presently a student between my friends and myself we will be looking for sponsorship from companies.We're looking at having parties and basically we have to pay for bands etc.How should I go about writing asking for sponsorship from these companies also indicating we would also be advertsing their logso etc at the party.

How should I format my letter
