'Asking for prices' letter

Dear teachers,

Would you mind checking this short letter for errors?

The intent is to know or ask the prices of equipment for measuring the flow of gases.

To whom it may concern

I would very much appreciate if you sent me the prices of 3 gas flow meters described as TG 05, TG 1 and TG 3 in the leaflet attached.

Thank you for your attention

So, does it read well? I actually don't know how to start and end a letter like this. In my opinion I should be a bit more polite, include an introduction or something.

Thank you very much.

You needn't be overly polite: you are the customer, and it just slows comprehension by the reader. This is quite sufficient: Dear Sales Staff, Would you please send me the prices of the 3 gas flow meters described as TG 05, TG 1 and TG 3 in the leaflet attached ? Thank you for your time and effort.

It looks pretty good. If you know the function or the department you are writing to, I would use that.
For example: Dear Customer Service.

I would also not say "the leaflet attached," but describe it (you cannot be sure that the leaflet will stay attached.) In other words, put all the information in the letter that the reader will need to answer you.
