Asking for PC anti-virus
Hi guys,
Please I need your help in correcting the English of email (below). I am a PhD student at certain university. As you see in the email, I am writing to the technician guy, working at the same university, asking him to provide me anti-virus software for a PC in the lab I am working in.
Dear Mr. Kumar Hani,
This is Omar Ahmed, the PhD student of Dr. John Eduard. I am writing regarding a standalone PC the one we have in Lab F115. I would like to connect this PC to internet. However, I am afraid of the virus attacks. I am just wondering, if the university could provide any anti-virus software to help in this regard?
