Asking for names

Can you please tell me how to ask about people's names, i.e. in plural form?

Giving examples will be useful.

I know this is right:

What's his/her name?

But am not sure with the sentences below:

What is their name? (Is this correct? I saw this in an article.)

What's their names?

What are their names?

Thanks in advance. [H]
