could you please interpret the saying below?I find the meaning a little vague,If you share your comments I would be very pleased.

Is it possible that you accidentally hit the "strikethrough" icon (next to the icons for bold, italics and underline)?

It's never happened to me, but I notice that little glitch every now and then.

You didn't want to underline with the U button, and accidentally hit the ABC (strike out) button right next to it, did you?

If not, it could be a problem with the editor you're using.
