Asking advise approval letter

I got a booking from customer and i need forward this booking to agent for asking advise approval ,should i write as below letter or what ? please kinldy help advise

We just received booking from the shipper name KIN TAI for c/nee 5.11 INC HKG and the address detail they don't know have exactly yet . pls find attached the booking order detail for your ref and advise ,how to proceed for this booking ? and please let us know your carrier is choice to be use for this shipment as well .
