asking about the meaning of a sentence

Hi, every one
Can anyone tell me what these two sentences In this conversation mean?

First speaker: I am sorry that I made things difficult for you just because I thought what I felt was mutual. I hate that I am always so naive about such things.

Second speaker: there are moments in life that people can't express real things. Just it.

Top answer

The first speaker is apologizing for having created a difficult/embarrassing situation by making an assumption (which was wrong) that they both had the same opinion/feeling about something. He/she admits to not being aware that there are other points of view possible. The second speaker’s comments are incomplete, but he/she is consoling/agreeing that we can’t always relate to possibilities (in meaning) that we haven’t personally experienced.
