Asking about the future

Dear teachers, what is the difference between these questions?
In the brackets I put my understanding for some of them.

1. What are you doing tomorrow? ( = What are your arrangements for tomorrow? )
2. What are you going to do tomorrow? ( = What are your plans for tomorrow? )
3. What will you be doing tomorrow? ( I do not understand this use of future continuous very well )
4. What do you do tomorrow? ( [if tomorrow is Friday] = What do you usually do in Friday? )
5. What will you do tomorrow? ( The person being asked have to decide first what he/she is going to do tomorrow )

Am I correct and how do you normally use them in everyday speech?

Thanks!

Anonymous 3. What will you be doing tomorrow? ( I do not understand this use of future continuous very well ) This is a more friendly way of expressing #5 and is also used when referring to another future event in the same context.

In a grammar book I've read that the form will be + ing can be used in a similar way as (be) going to. By this reason I am confused about its usage in question #3.

Here some examples of positive sentences of these kind of usage of will be + ing instead (be) going to :

1. The government will be making a statement about the crisis later tod

Don't be. The 'usages' are mostly for the entertainment of linguists.
