Asking about a contract
Hello,
I am going to start an internship in a company in june, and two weeks ago they sent me a form to fill in and said they would forward me a contract to sign as soon as I had sent back the form. However, I sent the form back straight away and still haven't received the contract. How should I ask for it ?

p.s.: I would be sending them an email.
