Asking a questions?

The swimmer is being asked these questions about a swimming software that swimming teams want to use, are these questions are been asked correctly? so no "Are" or "is" should be added?

Q: You think teams will be using this? -Or Do you think the teams will be using this?

A. yeah, yeah. I think so yeah.

Q. (The software) Good for the coaches also? -OR Is that good for the coached also?
