GPYI think that this waste of time and effort is the usual reason people get annoyed when the same question is asked multiple times.But no one has to answer the same question from the same person more than once. In fact, that's preferable.

GPYPerhaps you could consider posting a question first in one forum, and then waiting a while for responses there. If you don't feel that the answers are full or satisfactory, you could then post the question in another forum, providing a link to the first discussion. That way people will not waste time repeating exactly the same answer that someone else has already given
