askin' out

hey users, how is it goin'?

I am not a beginner (I'm not a native speaker either) but sometimes have some doubts u know & that's why I signed up to this forum. I have a question: what way you guys think it would be better to ask a girl out:
a) let's go out on a date?
b) what are you up to today? and if she answered nothing, I'd say: I'll take u on a date?
c) do you wanna go out today?
d) do you wanna go on a date with me?

any other suggestions???

thanx....
