1) May I go to the toilet? - Yes, you may.

2) Could I go to the toilet? - Yes. Go.

3) Can I go to the toilet? - Yes, you can.

Are the three mini-dialogues ok?

I think 'could' in # 2 answer is not used.

Am I right?
