hello, i encounter trouble in sales worldwide with the business email as follows. everytime i get a prospective customer, i sent him the email for a contact, in the hope of entering into business relationship. But i barely receive the reply, no one acturally. i dont know why. the first email plays a very important role at the beginning, but the improvement is hard for me to make. thanks very much if anyone can help.^_^
