Ask for a direction

Hi Teacher!

Good Morning!

could you correct these sentences for me ?

When you are in the traffic light and the police station is on your left side, you just turn right and go straight on when you see a patrol station, the hotel is just before it.

Reception: Our lift only reach the third floor so you have to climb from the third floor.

Guest: Why don't the lift reach the fourth floor?

Reception: It's because this is a three-floored building, and the fourth floor is new added one.

Thanks
